We have now added in more functionality to the resource timeline, allowing you to place a quick order against a worker, asset and even allocate a team! Perfect for when you receive a last minute order request or want to get the fundamental details out on the go.
When clicking on a specific date on the timeline, you will be prompted on whether you want to view existing orders, create a new order or cancel.
You’ll get notified if the worker or asset you’re trying to allocate is not compliant for the job.
We’ve also changed the way you create a new order from the resource timeline. When creating a new order, you’ll be able allocate compliant workers with the right assets straight from the resource timeline.
Once your order is created, you can easily notify all workers involved by sending a shift confirmation SMS.
