The original Assignar concept was conceived in 2010, but with limited field mobility the market just wasn’t quite ready.
In 2013 the Assignar proof of concept was developed to solve compliance issues that came with the growth of my rail services business, which was expanding nationally. I engaged a team to develop Assignar and once implemented into my sub-contracting business there were measurable results within 2 months.
In late 2013, Assignar was demonstrated at a major project safety forum and immediately after we were overrun with enquiries. By early 2014, we had signed up 6 clients and rapidly commercialised the product.
Assignar has continued to experience 300%+ annual growth and counts many sub-contractors, asset owners, large General Contractors and ASX listed companies as customers.
