CEO & Co-Founder
Sean started his career in tech in the late 90s. After starting a specialist IT firm with some colleagues and then successfully exiting that business in 2005, Sean went on to co-found a specialty civil & rail sub-contracting business. After an exhaustive search for a platform that would tackle common operational challenges he saw in his business, Sean began developing Assignar for in-house use in 2013.
CTO & Co-Founder
Marko has built a career as a customer-focused technologist, developing and architecting world-class web solutions and products in a wide range of industries, such as digital agencies, education, media, telecommunications, government, and, of course, construction.
Prior to co-founding Assignar, Marko worked for notable companies such as NetX (acquired by Clemenger BBDO), Adcorp, Optus, Learnosity (founding team member) and Mamamia Women's Network.
Chief Finance Officer
Jennifer has over 20 years of finance and accounting experience across several industries and varying businesses. She has been a CFO at numerous successful startups. Her experience in SaaS companies has established a firm command of the key business drivers that ensure a path to success.
Before joining Assignar in 2018, Jen was the CFO for two successful startups, Apto and TrackVia.
Chief Revenue Officer
Chris joined Assignar in 2019 after a successful career at Oracle as the Vice President of Construction Engineering America’s Sales. As a sales leader with over 20 years of achievement at the helm of global SaaS-based, cloud solutions and enterprise software organizations, Chris has transformed sales and company cultures to optimize for rapid growth.
Chris has had two successful exits as a CRO, establishing his robust background in scaling teams to drive rapid growth, building C-Level and strategic relationships, and creating go-to-market strategies for organizations in hyper-growth phases.
Chief Product Officer
Marcel has a background in structural engineering and construction management. He was a founding team member and product manager at Vico Software and was involved in the invention and creation of 5D software and initial definition of “Level of Detail” and “Model Progression” concepts, which later became an AIA standard and is now used by professionals worldwide. Marcel joined Assignar in 2021 from Trimble, where he worked as a product lead for Prolog and ProjectSight project controls and Connect collaboration solutions.
Vice President - Engineering
Pierre brings 10 years of SaaS experience. Previously, he was Head of Engineering at Learnosity where he played a key role in scaling the product to 9 million monthly users and working closely clients like Google and Microsoft. Pierre also brings extensive experience in mobile application and geographical information systems development.
Global Head of Strategic Partnerships
Darren has successfully established his career of over 25 years in sales, marketing and management experience in enterprise software, with the last 8 years specifically in Construction Technology.
Prior to joining Assignar, Darren served as a Regional Sales Director for the Oracle Construction and Engineering Global Business Unit managing a team in the South East of the USA. In his time before Oracle, Darren served as VP of International Business Development and Partners at EcoSys (Project Controls), a Hexagon PPM company.
